Op go and get some basic legal advice from CAB, or pay a solicitor for a couple of hours of their time or something, the problem with the internet is that there are too many people trying to be the top "expert" on any given topic, and this can lead to loads of information that you don`t need or that may be incorrect. Did you put the deposit into a deposit protection scheme?0
