I decided in the end that we would just transfer the flights and having gone on the website to do this I found out my flights were cancelled! I am surprised they hadn't emailed me to tell me this already but maybe they hope you just leave it and lose out. So I have requested a voucher and have just had a strange email back which still talks about the original flights and only mentions vouchers in very small print in the midst of the email so having initially been relieved I am now still wondering if it's all sorted!

My cancellation email came within a day of them appearing as cancelled on the app.  If I were you I would have requested a refund rather than voucher (you could have done this online  but EasyJet suggest that this can only be done once you have gone past 14 days before your flight was due to go).  Anyway - a voucher should be okay.

Unless EJ go bust before 6/21, in which case the voucher is worthless.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
