Taxis 2008 diary..here we go

Thanks for that Hypno....sure will have a great time..no last minute rushing around anyway today ...just quite a leisurely day..and hope that because I'm up early that I will have a nap later as we are going in the early hours.
That's the reason I had to do my windows and doors as mine were ready to fall out.
I will miss you all while I'm away.We get back on the 18th May so will catch you all then.I will be on and off here today anyway...must go to the bank in a minute.

Hope youa re ok, thought i'd pop over and have a wee chatty on your thread, i'm in a chatty mood today!!!

So Cuba hey?! thats FAB! hope you have a really lovely time, 2 of my work colleagues have been there and absolutely rave about it, one has been back twice and is going again this year! hope you enjoy it as you deserve to.

Sorry to hear things are a bit q at work, is here too right now. hoping that the economy will sort itself out soon, things will lower again and we'll be ok.

How does the new front door look?

ANyway must of and do some work, so if i don't get chance to post have a fab fab fab time and look forward to a thread full of suntanned taxi photos on your return! Big Hugs... P xx

Just popping in to say have a great time. Such exciting things going on in your house at the mo, new windows, doors, fireplaces AND a trip to Cuba what more could you want?! Apart from being debt free of course :rolleyes: but like you say when you've had this break/rest you'll be back full force attacking those too so everythings going well

Thanks you two..nice to see you both here.Pania Cuba is truly how you're friends describe it and has been my best holiday ever.I absolutely love it so am sure I will have a good time and spending quality time with DH is a bonus..The front door looks absolutely fantastic and we now have light in our tiny hallway and NO draft or running coming in...the windows and doors will pay for themselves along with the new fires in the winter.
Our heating is strange as we have 4 radiators upstairs and only one for the whole of downstairs!!!!...so with the draughty doors we had to have the heating on for hours on end just to get warm downstairs...now we will only have to put the heating on half an hour before bed in the winter to warm upstairs and use a gas fire in whatever room we are in at the time downstairs ..so that must save money...IYSWIM...Keeping motivated you are right we will be better and at it full force and with even more determination IYSWIM....
I think I will also start a new diary when I get back as things around here will be changing for the better...will post on this as soon as I get back and then start a new one.
Will still be about most of today anyway...take care xxx

HI Taxi. I'm so jealous that you are off to Cuba tomorrow. I hope you have a really lovely time. I can't wait to read all about it - when you get back, though - don't want you popping on here too often when you're away!

Hi seaxwyn..will have a good time..I promise!!!...I won't be popping on here as the internet fees at the hotels are very high and I am a DFW afterall...LOL
Will tell you all about it when I get back...
I can walk a lot better now due to these tablets from the Dr so will be more comfortable.
