Hi everyone ..hope you are all well,
Well it's the end of Jan and I'm happy with how the month has gone.
I will have enough for my windows next week as my daughter gives me £150 board and I'm sure I can find the other £5. Then it will be on to phase 2..the back door ..this will cost me £1080 but is a rock door which is a top quality product and hope to save that up in a month as well but it's quiet at the moment on the cabs.
I can do no more about the mortgage now as we are waiting until 31st march until the ERC is up..solicitor said it would only be 4-5 days after that and it will be totally sorted.
I have managed to stay out of the overdraft totally again which is a massive achievement in January....so am happy..I think I may it for 1/2 days of february but thats a great improvement also as by feb we are usually about 2.5k into it.
The Egg card is now gone so another positive. The halifax one will have minimum payments every month while I'm having the house double glazed as its on 0% until december and if I have a surplus in the bank I will make an overpayment.
So rather a positive month and am looking forward to being less than £30k hopefully within the next two months...
Have a good day..take care xx

Yes definitely fab...love it..happy february to you also ..just realised it's my birthday next week not doing anything though.
Thanks Sophiesmum...wished I'd have thought to write it like that in one line...instead of all that I wrote...daft me..
DH has insisted that I have the day off tomorrow as the wind is horrendous and he would like the doors to stay on the cab and not be dinted.
For what I would take tomorrow he is probably right...best to be safe and the car safe...a large repair bill we don't need

Well, since I'm typing with the news on in the background, and a lot of it is about that ferry swamped by a freak wave, I'd have to say your DH is spot on! You can't guarantee that passengers getting out of the cab are going to take the care that you would!

    Have a good day off.
