    Yes you have found a lender - but you have not found a lender that will accept your current situation. Maybe a broker will be able to find you a lender who will.

    If you are on a bursary in a specific field could you find out if anyone else has been in the same situation. Are there any forums relating to this field that you could go on to ask others? Just a thought
