Anyone here find Barclays live chat useless? Or do you find ringing up better just wondering

Can anyone please advise me on what to do? In 2013 I took out a 5,000 loan for university. I had an incident with my tutor and put in a complaint about it. When I returned to the campus my photo was put at security and I wasnt allowed back onto the premises. I was told that teachers dont bully and I wasnt allowed any of my stuff back and I didnt get my grades meaning I also didnt get to do my 2nd year for a degree. I have called student loan so many times that I have lost count to ask for help. Even though I pay the 9% automatic payment every month out of my account my outstanding bill is now £6,000! I dont feel like I should be paying it back as I wasnt given the chance to do the course. I dont no what to do and I would really appreciate some help! Thank you. Hayley

Unless I'm misunderstanding your post, it has nothing to do with Barclays' live chat facility that this thread asked about, so you might find more traction if you post on the student board at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/student-money-saving, although realistically the time to resolve the situation was many years ago now.  You might consider not posting under your real name too....
