Buyer wants to see property again 2 days after offer accepted

I visited the property we now live in several times during the buying process.
Check the road at night, how many cars, parking, noise,
Took photos of rooms to plan out our furniture and what we needed to keep and get rid off.
Location of plug sockets and how many.
I am really sad as I drew a plan of the house and checked the Estate agents measurements.

I am a buyer too and i will certainly want to see the place again especially after the tenants have moved out. And maybe a third time to make all the items have been removed.1

I have also visited several times during buying process especially after offer as at least I know the seller knows I am serious. At this point although you know house might not be yours you dream of being in it already. Second visit will help me get more details to work with for planing what I need to do ahead or as soon as they move in.Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £238k, target £122k (quarter way!)

Realistically, if they had any thoughts about changing their minds, you're better off knowing now. There's a long way until exchange.
But they are probably excited and may even want to show a friend or relative.1 -
If they are going to change their mind, better they do so now rather than leave it until immediately prior to exchange...

We visited our house 4 times, it was a 500 mile round trip each time, first viewing, measuring, back to check on something that came up and lastly on exchange day to check that the roof was still on prior to finally committing.1

I’m currently in the process of buying. I’ve been back twice since our offer was accepted to have a more detailed look and take some measurements. Like others have said. When spending hundreds of thousands I want to make sure I’ve seen everything. When you see somewhere for the first time it’s hard to take it all in.1

Look at it as your opportunity to further cement the deal. Tell them how pleased you are the local pub/restaurant/haidressers are opening again. How you’ll miss the excellent dentist and the Saturday street market etcSignature on holiday for two weeks2
