Apple Pay not working
Have an iPhone 7 for 4 months
use contactless Apple Pay every day and it’s been fine up until today
tried everything including factory reset then restoring my data
any idea how to fix ? I called up Apple they did a remote diagnostic and said the sensor is fine
when I tap the machine nothing happens . It used to pop up and I’d have to use my finger print but now nothing

Have you started using a new case on the iPhone? Did you try using it without a case?0

I’ve had the same issue intermittently on iPhone 7 over last 12 months.This model is getting on a bit, I take the case off every time but 10% of the time I have to use my card.1

My phone was purchased 4 months ago ! Not what you’d expect from a £300 phone
obviously I can send it to Apple but can’t be bothered with the effort0 -

Have you tried removing the card and re-adding it? Probably a software issue as opposed to hardware.0
