A meeting with the CEO will be daunting, but he will be aware of the risks that he could become embroiled in an employment tribunal case. If there is any evidence of threats to your partner's position, this must be kept, along with all other communications.
As J says. So take someone with you to take notes. If they don't allow or you can't get someone, ask to record the meeting. If you can't do that either, write it all down when you get out. These can be used in an ET.

As regards the situation, there is uncertainty on both sides so be calm, reasonable and direct. Explain that you understand it is a difficult time and you believe you are entitled to £x. Further explain that the usual dispute mechanism is an independent person but if no-one is available, you'll just have to use an Employment Tribunal (costs you nothing.) Add that an ET will bring clarity to the issue to both parties benefit. On the other hand, to save time, effort and solicitors' costs you will accept £x under a COT 3 agreement. You might want to take a copy of this article or the one off the ACAS site so they'll know what they have to do.

    • All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
    • When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
    • "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
    • All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

    Loophole with furlough / redundancies?...

I am currently furloughed by my agency that I temp as a zero hours contract worker for. My agency explained there is a chance that the agency workers will need to removed from furlough by August, since they don’t know if they can afford to pay the NI contributions / pension (obviously I understand that pressure and support them as they’ve been good to me).

I had a sudden thought That perhaps if I (gently) offered To pay those contributions back to the agency / arrange something of that nature..this could be a solution of keeping me on furlough?

    Thoughts on that?

i realise it could appear a bit dodgy but it’s probably the only incident where it isn’t actually dodgy or unethical. We are just trying to think of a way to keep both workers and the agency afloat and financially survive...it isn’t about trying to evade tax or be unethical.

Sorry, I don't know the answer, but you really need to start a new thread of your own rather than piggy back onto an existing one as your question is not really the same as the original post and it get confusing as to which questions the subsequent posts realte.
You can't do it. You have to be paid all of the claim for net wages for you under the CJRS, or the employer is obliged to return it. They can't charge administration fees or anything of that nature either.
