For anyone else - Just signed up to the 'Ends Thursday (02 July 2020)' VM deal - £100 automatic credit only via the MSE link and completed the order, but no sign of the automatic £100 reading online. Pretty confusing. You only get conformation of this in the email sent  as the last item on 'Your order'

£23.95 a month
for 18 months then

£100 bill credit - taken off your bill

I signed up for this and got the email as above with the one off £100 credit. When I did not see this applied to my first bill I called to ask why and went round the houses with one adviser saying I was not entitled as my order was marked as retail. I continued to complain strongly and was eventually connected to their customer relations department but by this time my battery on my phone ran out. Called back later and took the "Thinking of Leaving" option and got through this time to someone in UK. He said I should forward the email to his manager as they had no record of this Credit. Sent it to email address he gave me and got a response that he will ensure the credit is applied within the next 72 hours. That was on 17th June and still waiting for confirmation.
