YAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!  It is SOOOOOOO much quicker and easier to comp from the board now. Hope they'll do more, but this was the most important thing of all, in my opinion.

great news the buttons are back, at my work the internet is very slow. so being able to tick the skip button from the main page is great.

The list page ticks/crosses have made me very happy too! Best thing to happen all month! Haha it’s the small things in life eh?!  

The new drop down menus for sorting by closing date appeared for a little while too, but they seem to have been removed now. I tried them out and they didn’t seem to work properly, so still a work in progress I guess, but great to see progress being made, especially ahead of schedule too (I think they said aiming for mid-July in their last post) and grateful to the forum team who have been working on all these helpful tweaks! Thank you

No body has mentioned the hover thing that is not back!?   Is it only me that misses this the most???

No , me too !
Mainly do web comps and 'hover' was invaluable and a great loss when it went  - now I waste so much time 
opening posts just to close them again . 
Hopefully it may return in a few months ?

Yes. Without the hover, you still need to click in to many of the posts before you know whether you want to enter or skip. However, even with the hover, it will still need the OP to post meaningful details (e.g. the link) in the first line of their post, which many do not seem to do anymore.

Yes!! Great news re ticking and crossing... but as martinsnest, Lesgo and thingamaBob mentioned, I still miss the hover
facility. Think this is just as important as the ticks and the crosses in terms of time saving.

I've just posted up this comp and noticed a new closing date field but it only has date not time, so where ie the comp I posted ends at midday that could be a problem. Hopefully the techie team are working on this.
