Change over from Virgin to Sky

In Feb I changed over to Sky for a better deal with phone and internet to save money. Unfortunately I’ve had a nightmare since. I wanted my phone number transferring over to sky and they still haven’t done it. Was told to stop my cancellation with virgin until they had sorted the problem. So I’ve had two bills to pay for. I’ve put so many complaints in but still not resolved. I’ve had to reduce my virgin package as I was paying for a phone line  that couldn’t be used as the engineer from sky used the live virgin phone box. Now I have no phone connection whatsoever. It’s cost me a fortune and I don’t know what I can do. It’s been so hard explaining over and over the situation with Sky. Can someone advise me what I can do. 😥

    What does that mean ?? Normal is to us the BT Master Socket.
