Hi all
I applied 3 weeks ago and didn't hear anything,
however today I got an email from this email address: hsbc@information.hsbc.co.uk, saying that don't find an account on my name (which isn't true) isn't correct, it looks a SCAM email, can anyone confirm that?

No need to ask again, we read it the first time.1

Are you sure that's the email (a link can read one thing but have an underlying different email). I could create a link that shows the above but when clicked on to create a new email, actually is a totally different address. (apologies, you may be aware of all this, but I prefer to check).
I ask because that email address you written above is under the control of HSBC UK. However - I'm also surprised that such an expected reply would come from a generic email address like that. On the flip side, it's not asking for anything I guess? Passwords, account details, to click here for a response? In which case maybe it is. Best option is to call a trusted number (appreciate that's more difficult to get through at the moment)
