Historic phone bill

Hi folks.
I’m wondering if it is possible to challenge an old mobile phone bill.
I received a bill of approximately £3500, for roaming charges, around 12 years ago.
Any ideas/advice is greatly appreciated.

    is this serious?
if it is i am really intrigued how you ran up a £3.5k bill and why you only thought of challenging it 12 years later?
