Pigpen I did not pee on The Car!!!! Although it is a good idea...
Your boys are handsome! They could make a mint at a car wash
yea! GHD straighteners! I want a pair of the new ones (that don't melt), maybe my set will accidentally fall in the mop bucket that was left full of dirty water like my old hair dryer did?
Invest in the Tressemme heat defence spray from asda and what not, it's the best, leaves you hair soft, unlike the GHD spray that takes a few hours to sink in and leaves hair kinda sticky. And you can use it just to de-frizz it too.

And seeing as how my Pee is Holy and That Car is unworthy, I did not pee on it. My Pee is saved for Holy Celebrations and Dancing Naked In the Moonlight and what not...

IMPORTANT SCAM
Just got an email about a phone scam. You get a call from VISA and they say they are concerned about your card use. They ask you if you made a transaction and give details - you say no. They say they will send a refund and tell you your address (they have this info and your card number). They then ask you to confirm the number on the signature strip -THEY NEED THIS TO USE YOUR CARD SO DONT GIVE IT!!The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Poshpig - sorry, I meant Pigpen!! - your boys look utterly gorgeous, butter wouldn't melt! I'm very jealous about the straightners - one day I will be a proud GHD owner too.
Dustykitten - glad i'm not the only one who shouted tonight. My two were doing homework and yelling at each other. I calmly went it ... confiscated the homework and then yelled ' YOU TELL YOUR TEACHER WHY IT'S NOT BEEN DONE'. Sometimes I amaze myself at how grown up I can be. I don't shout that often so they've been very good since! Thanks for the info on the scam. The way my brain is right now i'm sure i'd fall for something like that.

evening again.
not too bad a day today. I actually had some good lessons and didn't have to shout too badly at anyone. Perhaps as year nine had a mock exam in the hall and were sat in silence. :T
had my performance review meeting today after school too, which went ok as we also discussed what i would like my hours to be like when i go back after the next lot of maternity leave. The downside is that i have to go and watch some more people teach, and also be observed again myself all before xmas.
so this evening, as all i managed to do was prep veg for tea and mark my set of year 7 books, i will need to:- mark y11 homework (11 books)
- start marking set of SAT papers that were done this afternoon
- must wash my hair
- prep some veg for dinner, DH can cook again
- and i WILL be watching Heroes finale regardless of anything else.

Woefulmonster Selfishshorts?
Chance would be a fine thing.
I am sinking. 15 days to visitors for a week and I have so much to do that it is scary. Great time to take on some extra work, what was I thinking? Anyone else having a nice too much to do panic?
Right, I have my brown paper bag to breathe into now. Tonight I must do some ironing and get the boys things ready for the morning. I already have WM and DW on. I could do with painting some of the skirting boards, and I should make some stuff for DS1's Christmas Fair. Or I could just go to bed with a nice book and live up to my new nick name...'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0
