Combining 2 small bedrooms into one big one

Anotber idea would be to move the wall back by 0.8 M. This would give you 2.8 m in the master bedroom which is enough space to walk round the bed and a study nook of 2m by 1m. Big enough for a study but too small for a bedroom, however study spaces are very popular so this will help resale value. You would need steels assuming it is load bearing and then a stud wall. Worth getting the builder to cost it as it wont be a lot extra assuming the window in the study is not in the way
