Presumably all other websites (e.g. this forum) are OK?
Have you tried accessing such sites using your phone a) connected to your WiFi, and b) connected to mobile data? Is there any difference? (If the phone is OK in both cases then the problem is with your PC ... if the phone only works when on data then the problem is with your router or ISP - maybe you've got some "protection" setup on your account without realising it).2 -

Firewall issue/whatever anti-virus/malware software you use issue or an issue with the DNS servers of your internet provider.
