Neighbour demanding right of access over my property

Having right of access to adjoining property in order to maintain your property is pretty common but that is somewhat different.

Not needing it because they have alternate access doesn't mean a right of way doesn't exist.Kmo27 said:My neighbours claim into have a right of access over my drive, however they do not need it as they have complete access to their house on their own land.
