Has anyone managed to get their refund yet from these?? I am still waiting for mine, does anyone have a contact for them? I have left several message via their website and facebook....no reply to anything???

They have quite a lot of information on their website. This in particular -
" Due to the volume of cancellations and the time consuming process of contacting suppliers around the globe to obtain cash refunds, it is taking longer than we would like to process and action cash refunds. We will log and action refund requests in date departure order, however owing to the extraordinary and unprecedented number of cancellations and refunds being requested, it is taking much longer than usual to process refunds."

I suspect that you will have to wait a while.
There will be 12+ weeks of refunds and disruption to catch up on. Many businesses will only just be starting to get back to a degree of normality. Many will still have staff on furlough or reduced numbers in offices. Whilst you should not have to wait this long (legally the refund should be within 14 days) unfortunately everything is somewhat different now and more patience and forbearance required. Hopefully LoveHolidays customers might jump on the thread with direct experience and let you know how things are going for them.

I was due to go on holiday with them on 30th May.
Applied for a refund on their website and they have sent me a voucher.
I have tried several times to contact them to no avail.
They then send me an email for me to contact them regarding refund , with a phone number. I rang the number and it says they are not answering calls and hung up.
I am now trying a Sec 75 through my credit card.
No communication whatsoever from them

They must of read this post,lol.... Just recieved a email asking me to ring them, you are then given this automated speech thing to confirm I want to go ahead with refund...... It didnt say when I will be getting refund though!!!

I am also owed by these jokers, I just went with the section 75 as they are not engaging with people. they are even refusing post now!0

I have booked a holiday with Loveholidays due to fly on 11th July. I have had no contact from them yet Easyjet have contacted me to change my outbound flight details. I have contacted the apartment complex who have told me they have not yet been given a reopening date. I cannot get in contact with Loveholidays any where. What can I do?0
