Halifax Valuation Today

When am I likely to hear back? Been waiting months for this and so much relies on it! Got the valuation today, not using a broker so should I wait to hear from them or call and ask how it went?

The two times I've used Halifax they've been super quick to issue an offer after valuation, no later than the next day. I used a broker though so in your place would give Halifax a call end of day tomorrow if I haven't heard back by then. Good luck!1

It all went well and they're doing a CML form. What does this mean ahha? No offer so far.0

In that case this is probably what they are talking about https://www.cml.org.uk/lenders-handbook/disclosure-of-incentives-form/ to be completed by the builder/developer0

I had a halifax valuation done last Tuesday at 10am. Had an offer confirmed by 3pm the same day. Just got all the documentation sent through the post today. Good luck1

Halifax did the evaluation on the 17th. I still have to receive my mortgage offer as the underwriters have requested more payslips on my side plus I’ve just discovered I receive a bonus so they have to fracture that in. I submitted the payslips last Thursday and they did an affordability check on my credit report (soft check) on Friday. The wait is killing me!0

Apparently they requested an EWS1 form for the building where I am buying. So annoying!0

Yes it is. Funny enough the building does not have cladding and residents in the building did not have any issues in remortgaging. I will apply with Barclays and hopefully I will have better luck this time!
The building is a new build property also.0
