Sky Hub delivery?

I need some advice, I left my current broadband provider (Plusnet) and I joined Sky broadband, I placed the order on 23rd June and I am expecting to go live on Tuesday 7th July, but when will I receive my Sky hub? I checked on order tracking and it just states the following: Sky Hub delivery - Coming soon.
The reason why I left Plusnet is because it's too hard work having separate bills, I might as well have Sky broadband as I have Sky Q TV with them so it makes sense to have broadband with them as well.

Seriously?But anyway, may want to look at this for time scales:You should get it before you go live. Give it until July 2nd, if no show call and chase?

It often doesn't come until the day before go-live date, especially if it's sent on a 24 hour serviceNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
