Sky Hub delivery?

I need some advice, I left my current broadband provider (Plusnet) and I joined Sky broadband, I placed the order on 23rd June and I am expecting to go live on Tuesday 7th July, but when will I receive my Sky hub? I checked on order tracking and it just states the following: Sky Hub delivery - Coming soon. 

The reason why I left Plusnet is because it's too hard work having separate bills, I might as well have Sky broadband as I have Sky Q TV with them so it makes sense to have broadband with them as well.

Too hard work?  Seriously?

You should get it before you go live.  Give it until July 2nd, if no show call and chase?

It often doesn't come until the day before go-live date, especially if it's sent on a 24 hour service
