Outfox the market negative comments unjustified

Historically, they have been one of the worsts out there and the customers who were with them a year ago and had issues are unlikely to still be with them now.

Have a look, search “BASTIAN PLC”.It makes for interesting reading but customers shouldn't have to bear the brunt of them being out of their depth.I would advise anyone having trouble with this supplier to seek support from “OUTFOX THE MARKET DISCUSSION” Facebook group, as I did. They were all so kind there.
Ultimately Social media is not a place for debate or changing minds. It is graffiti on the back of a toilet door. Sometimes amusing. Often offensive. Keep that in mind and you will always see it for what it is.
In the past Outfox made the decision to up their customers DD to make sure they had enough cash to get them through the winter of 2018 where multiple suppliers folded - you can't just ignore this by saying that a group who pulled together to help each other against this is full of hate speech because you don't like to remember these actions.
You can't just shout out 'fake news' and hope everyone forgets the bad Outfox has done in the past - this is not the USA1 -
The only fake news I've noticed lately is across such media sites that promote OFM. Typically their own facebook (which strangely enough bears a very similar name to the OFM discussion group) has all negative remarks removed to portray them in a more positive light. When you take into account the FACT that Bastian is putting companies in for voluntary strike-off and couple that with the FACT that he has used most of his companies as collateral to take out a bank loan, one can only wonder how long he can stay afloat. Couple that with the FACT that in his recent tax returns under the name of the parent company Bastian PLC he claims expenditure of 14 and a half million pounds gbp on admin alone yet shows an overall loss for the year, you are left wondering which restaurant prepared his accounts. As to the treatment of real customers both past and present, their accounts speak for themselves. If there is a rogue out there then the public need to be informed. Remember, Bastian's empire is built from the misery of other people.

I didn’t see anything racist or bigoted on there. Quite the opposite. The group rules seem to be very strict and they appear to have booted many members.For Outfox The Market to raise customers direct debits to unmanageable levels during this Covid pandemic, is reprehensible.At a time when almost every other company is trying to help customers and demonstrate forbearance.People’s energy have launched a fund to help struggling customers - matching donations £ for £.
The solution is digital passports and no anonymous posting.The solution is for people to be held accountable for what they post, and for rules to be enforced consistently. Nobody should be able to post unless they have registered with a proven name and address. Any screen name should be associated with the registered details, so that those breaking the rules can be sanctioned. That way people can be free to use pseudonyms if they wish, as there may be good reasons for doing so,0 -

on the FB group you have to use your own name unless you are a company etc.

i used both Driving licence etc.
Fact Checker is OTM employee, they want everyone identified and let me explain why.
a customer goes on to FB for advice is immediately hounded and ridiculed by fake accounts and then immediately contacted by OTM.
as I said and still have the letter immediately fake solicitor letters demanding gagging and should you agree legaly binding.
in my case the fake legal rep was also at the time Bastions letting agent.
they honestly thought a letter headed would make us not Google the company and the person.
they feed on vulnerable,honest people who obviously ashamed they accused of bieng in arrears with basic utilities.
How in 2020 can anyone find parasites like that tolerable?
they do not conform in ANY form of OFGEM guidelines, there is no credit department or help.
They challenge each and every Resolver complaint dragging it to the very end causing maximum impact.
There staff openly and publicly name those challenging (despite Data protection)
we have as I’ve said screenshots where there company employees name customers and ridicule them
on one occasion on of all places Trustpilot in answering a bad review they named the customer and ashamed them by pointing out they was on Goverment Benefits and it was not the responsibility to wait for money because there Universal credit was delayed
so Fact checker name yourself, you like to check facts and expose wrongs and all I seen is you hype Bastian and scream at legitimate customers fake news and racism1 -

Well fact_check you know who I am. Our paths often cross. So would you like to account for what you have posted ? You and your cohorts have never produced or substantiated your claims of fake news and racist information. On your last tirade you accused that group of being Anti-Semetic too. As to stating that people should be indentifiable for what they post, why do you hide behind the name Team OTM to post snide responses on TrustPilot ?
A lot of what is posted on the original page FB group is to assist people that are in trouble with the Bastian’s (why did you decide to try take off that group and publish a group with a very similar name, are you trying to to provide disinformation ?). I provide a lot of that information that appears in that group and I back it up with screenshots from legitimate sources that are already in the public domain. Of course, if you’d like to call Companies House and the like fake, then that is your prerogative.
The public aren’t all fools and can clearly see when someone is backed into a corner they shout FIRE. Billy Liar did. Or maybe little Tommy Tucker can’t sing for his supper any more.
Let me show you this review which is in the public domain and shows Bastian for what he really is. Fischer Future Heat is another one of his companies:
Complaint against Fischer Future Heat
I had my heating installed in December last year for a future heating have been back three times to repair re-occurring fault. The heater does not shut down when the set temperature is reached, and in order to avoid overheating, I must manually turn it off. Also ensure it is turned off when I leave the property and at night. I reported this fault on 11 December, the date I was given the repair was 11 January. This was later brought forward to 22 December and then again brought forward to 15 December on the condition that I took down the negative review placed on trust pilot, the offer of the 15th was withdrawn when I did not take down the negative review. I therefore waited 11 days for the engineers to turn up, they replaced both the thermostat and the receiver and now 10 days later, exactly the same problem exists. I have today sent an email to Fischer future heat reporting the fault. We now await to find out what they are going to do and when. Watch this space.
Fischer Future Heat are trying to bribe a customer to remove a negative review.
And what about this review on Trustpilot regarding Outfox the Market?
Not too bad so far. Website looks like it was designed by a 14 year old for a school project in 1986. To be honest I’m only doing this as they offered a reward if you did.

How’s this for a classic bribe.
the national media run a story on OTM and used the FB group for quotes.
the very next week in a national newspaper Bastian had done a deal where ALL the newspaper customers the were with OTM got a £25 credit voucher off there bills.
what wasn’t published by the paper to receive the credit you had to publish a 5 star review
people complained both to newspaper and openly on Trustpilot
this was deleted and hushed but screenshotted and on forums.
Another bribe a serving police officer taken for lunch and made an life changing offer by OTM to delete the group
The owner refused so in middle of night the policeman took control of the group deleted owner and set the group to disperse.
luckily it was noticed immediately despite early hours and the group saved.
Bastian spends a fortune covering he’s antics up yet still gets ridiculous amount of complaints0 -

Firstly fact_check you use the term "we" which clearly indicates that you are allied to the Bastian companies in some way or form. You also suggest that people should prove who they are, so perhaps you'd consider revealing who you truely are. You accuse people of posting racist information. That is libelous. Although not racist but equally as bad, is sexism. Foxglove Energy (who are the company listed as being responsible for Outfox The Market faced a case of sexism in front of a Judge on 15th November 2018 which was brought by an employee / ex employee. That is a substaniated fact and can be googled.

it’s a group set up by Outfoxthemarket customers to work out why there DD were hiked etc
it then moved to helping each other escape and support each other

now it helps support desperate people advising them to use legal body’s like OFGEM and RESOLVER
now fact checker and the rest of Bastian have bullied that group daily, reported them and above openly admits to monitoring and collecting screenshots
What kind of company attacks a self help group of volunteers who’s only agenda is to assist desperate customers?
How can Bastian openly and readily admit vulnerable desperate customers are hounded even when asking for help?
and this same group demand MSE review the bad customer service warning.
this is the ultimate bullying, run customers into ground then actively do everything possible to prevent those customers getting help
Every Resolver case is dragged out as long as possible for example
every Ombudsman ruling challenged and argued
and a self help group reported to FB daily even paying people middle of night to delete group
MSE we know you reading, please consider that warning you guys give, and accept the behaviour seen here as prime example of why it’s needed0
