    And it could always be that the websites being used are slow and nothing to do with her internet.

    Sometimes there is not a problem. Or maybe it's a browser issue, many ad blockers stop sites working right. I keep edge for ones I know are messed up so I don;t have to configure firefox individually.

    and run malware bytes, even just once to remove any PUPs and  Malware!
