We all have everything crossed for you.
Sains do vegan mince pies, looks like they may be suitable for those needing lactose free too £2.50 for 4.
You're getting your celebration good organised 🤗Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I feel a Sainsbob's trip coming on.... thanks Babs!
How weird is it that the BBC news were all about people putting up their Xmas decorations early, to cheer themselves up, this morning? I have never been ahead of a trend before.... had to chuckle, some family even had their Xmas dinner & presents early! The young lad was straight on to that 'I'm having two Christmases!' lol...
Well, it will be the first time ever, I guess it helps that I am mostly here (when not at relative's home). I think I am desperate for something nice to look forward to...

It's not long until the decorations would normally go up. External house lights used to start springing up around now anyway.
Could do Christmas every day for a week, work around family going to a new celebration each day 😁Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I used to love walking around the houses at night, watching all their Christmas lights, some really fun shows... you could definitely spot 'trends'. One year it was all white, icicle type lights, then there was a spate of blue ones, some getting out the same old ancient ones - like multi-coloured lanterns, still going strong despite fraying wires & duct tape! (my favourites), and last year I noticed a few of those 'projection-style' ones, where they used the whole side or front of the house animated by falling 'snowflakes' or Santa, etc.... free shows! Ha! Now that's a good MSE idea, especially for cooped up families with children this year.
Wow, Xmas every day! Sounds good to me - maybe you should start a trend! I am seriously thinking about not taking my decors down until Spring, at least!
I think I will re-instate the 'lightshow' walks, rope in any willing family members & the dog, we can still distance and 'ooh and aah' at what people love to display, really cheerful, I'm sure there was one family who went crazy & had a donation box for charity, for any passers-by, must see if they do it again this year... Must. resist. buying. any. more. decorations! Or lights! lol"...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."

Sounds lovely!
Have a look to see what you have in your stash, see if there's anything viable for bringing back into circulation, unless you've donated all of it already.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

Lovely to hear you have received some EF! Time to pat yourself on the back for getting through to a stage where you are in credit and have sorted so much out. Well done you. It might be a different Christmas but I think it will be a good one. Hubby keeps spotting Christmas trees in peoples house and saying " whats going on they have the tree up" and I have to remind him that we all need a bit of joy so its a trend.Clearing the junk to travel light

I love looking at other people's Christmas lights! I'm going to get my own to put in the window this year.
I think As1a and L!dl had cheaper vegan mince pies last year. I think I'm going to have to take a special trip across town to stock up on L!dl bits before December. They have some great vegan stuff at Christmas.

Not having much income, has really forced me to get my head around a proper budget at last, I am just very fortunate that I had the surprise extra payment... Xmas may have been bleak without it....
Yeah - tell him to spread the joy!"...when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains however improbable, must be the truth..."
