Feel like we're fighting a losing battle with this company. All we get is a generic email in reply to all our queries (waiting for a refund for Virgin Atlantic flights we bought off them), we have not been able to speak to anyone since we made our first enquiry about our flights at the beginning of lockdown. We have no communication from them or Virgin cancelling our flight so are struggling with a claim on the insurance and credit card. On their website it states they will be refunding holidays with our travel dates, May 10th, week commencing 26th June and we will be contacted before then. However we are not a holiday just a flight so we are in limbo.
