Junior isa help please

hi I opened a junior ISA for my child a few years ago. I want to transfer to a new provider so opened another account. When I try to fill out a transfer form it states transfer form for stocks and shares. I don’t want to move any money into stocks and shares just simply move what in an old years isa to a new one with a new rate. Why is this please? No communication or help from provider.
im aware that you can only hold one cash and one stocks and shares but if this is the case how can you transfer from old cash isa to a new cash isa, thanks

Sounds like you're using the wrong form - who is the new provider, do they definitely offer cash JISAs as well as S&S ones?
