so here we areBut worth a punt for the PPC. Cases of multiple tickets in excess of ~£600 are always vulnerable to a claim. Defendable, but you're likely to have to go all the way with it. No more trusting to chance.
asking for £1200 for 7 pcns is criminal!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sunflower68 said:Issue date was yesterday 7/5/21.With a Claim Issue Date of 7th May, you have until Wednesday 26th May to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an AoS before 12th May, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 9th June 2021 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.3

Okay thanks guys... I’ll make sure I keep them dates in mind! Should I already begin to look at building a case? In regards to building my case the only thing I can think of that I could argue in court is poor signage & the markings on the floor for the boundaries of parking which aren’t clear! There’s signs on the walls about parking yet the space where i was parked is in the middle of the business park which wasn’t signed! Is this possibly something that I could use?

There is absolutely nothing stopping you 'building a case'.
Read the guidance that has already been written and away to the Defence template you go.2 -
Building a case is doing exactly what KeithP told you to do, using the template defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay brill, I think I’ve got a pretty strong case to argue due to the fact the signage of the site didn’t really correlate to how the site was set up, also the floor markings were very poor which I have proof of in personal photos taken & from what you can see in the photos send over in the SAR.. regarding filing the AoS thread posted by KeithP ( thank you very much by the way) if I were to do this via the gov website I wouldn’t need to send of the admission slip given in the claim form also would I? Sorry if this is a silly question lol trying to get my head round it all0

Perfect! Once I’ve got a rough master piece for sections #2 & #3 would it be possible to post here just to be double checked? Bit nervy to write it out as unfortunately I haven’t got the widest of grammar & don’t want to come across simple lol, I’ll be using the other threads as guidelines, but does it matter if it was in a business park & not residential?0

They can be adjusted to suit until they become the best they can be , so the sooner you start posting the draft , the better , bearing in mind that as it progresses you may be reposting the new versions a dozen times , until perfection 😄😄 like beer or wine , it improves over time !1
