Very interesting but can we see your claim.
Interesting that they want this closed within 14 days though as YOU have 6 years to take this to court3 -
"Our client takes offence at the allegations raised."
What allegations? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.3 -

The only thing that BW Legal and their clients take is the proverbial mickey (and that's the polite version).

The letter clearly comes from the same person/dept that tells people they are nonsensical ???3 -
Hmmm be careful. Alleging fraud is not right.
And don't name BW Legal as the Defendant. It's Premier Park Ltd but as you can see, they have said that any claim is to be served to BW Legal (but of course with Premier Park Ltd as the Defendant).
They had reasonable cause to get your data & the DVLA agreed. Only do this if you know how to plead a claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Indeed, thats a poorly written LBA. Sorry, it is.
Its why we suggest people show us their draft first.
They do not have to comply with PFOA to get details via KADOE. There is no such requiremetn. As this is your first head of claim, youve really shot yourself in the foot.2 -
You sent the letter to the wrong company, did you not understand the rocess, your bef was with the PPC, not their poodle legals. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
