Notice was within 7 days? Then you should ask the court - assuming this is a telephone hearing? - to convert it to a costs hearing, as this is clearly unreasonable.7

I think you might be being confused with another poster with the name 'nomadxxxx' as their login. Easily done given the volume we deal with each day. Well done in getting this discontinued, a pity you had to go through all the hoops and turmoil to get this thrown out.Do consider the advice given by @nosferatu1001 above.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It was all down to you, Redx, Ralphy, DPDance,nosfertu Coupon mad ( and anybody else I've forgot). I never posted on here before but I had to tell you all. I've followed all the advice and templates on here and cant thank you enough. It's free advice you give. I dont think folk realise the time you give up. But seriously, a 1000 thanks.
