“Babbling on”. Thanks for that. I resign from this site. I’m not up for calling people wimps, telling contributors they’re babbling on or giving misplaced gushing sentiment when they are trying to be supportive. I have witnessed first hand the destruction work place bullying can cause.

I guess I want you guys from an outside perspective to tell me if you think I am being oversensitive. I feel like things are getting out of hand and I'm being blatantly disrespected constantly. There is no room to progress either. My other problem is that He will likely never speak to me again if I leave. He always goes on about having loyal employees!

Hopefully, someone can advise me on whether I'm being a snowflake/leave immediately!!
Read what you've said in the paragraph above. If that sums up the situation, ask yourself why you feel the need to ask strangers to validate your own views?

There seems to be a strong sense of deja vu about this thread. Did you actually follow up the idea of assertion training suggested when you had much the same issues a couple of years ago? If not, why not?

You do need to ask yourself (not other people) some serious questions about why you are letting the current situation continue. What is stopping you from doing something about it? Answer that, honestly and fully - to yourself, not here - and you'll have your escape route.
