Clever company (clever spa)

Hi I bought a clever spa malaga, a few weeks ago, set it all up as instructed and filled with water. Every time I touched the water I got an electric shock from it. Clearly something not right and potentially deadly (I'm no electrician). Thankfully my 5 year old son never jumped in. It was unplugged immediately. I have tried emailing and phoning the company for over 10 days now and not had a response. What are my options for returning this to them for a refund. States on the website that store return is only an option if the product is still sealed in the box. I appreciate things may take a little longer just now, but I would have thought due to the seriousness of the problem they may have reacted quickly. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Sealed in the box only applies for change of mind returns. Goods which are faulty are not subject to any such terms.
This is their companies house registration ... https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/01153857
You could try writing to their registered office if they won't respond to other forms of communication.
The company has been trading since 1973 so they're no fly-by-night trying to scam you ... they're likely just working with minimal staffing due to COVID-19.0
