Disney world holiday amended - where do we stand with TUI?

I have a holiday to Walt Disney World booked for 11 September for 3 weeks. We had free dining as part of the package but to qualify we had to pay for the more expensive hotels and rooms. Disney has been in touch to say part of its reopening measures is to cancel all dining plans. There are various reports that they have offered some guests a 35% room reduction as compensation. Originally, this was if you’d already had a holiday cancelled and had rebooked due to COVID, however later blog posts extended that to all booked holidays. My email from Disney didn’t mention a 35% reduction. I would imagine that’s because we booked through TUI. I’ve rung TUI to get their take on it, sent them the email from Disney (as they didn’t know disney we’re cancelling dingy plans) and sent them links to all the blog announcements, but as yet I’ve had no response, the operator did say she was getting advice from the area manager. My question is, where do we stand. It’s not the holiday we booked and paid for (£16k) and to find another few thousand to pay for food is probably going to take the holiday out of our budget. As I mentioned we paid for a dearer hotel and room to qualify for free dining. We can’t cancel and rebook a cheaper room, Disney aren’t accepting any new bookings. Out insurance probably won’t cover us as we bought it right at the start of lockdown. Also we’ve paid Disney to renew our vows there but haven’t heard anything about that.
