Easy Jet giving me vouchers instead refund

Hi,Sorry if this has been answered but I have looked to find an answer.
Easy Jet emailed yesterday to say i would recieve my voucher for a cancelled flight due to Covid 19. I specifically asked for my refund to the credit card when I filled in the form but it seems they have ignored this route and are issuing a voucher. Should I email them again or contact my credit card company.
