EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL- NO WAGES- NO HOLIDAYS- NO PAYSLIPS- NO CONTRACT?

My employer hasn't paid my wages and holidays so after trying to settle this without any 3rd parties involved and failing to reach an agreement I decided to file a case to ACAS for unpaid wages+holidays. However, my employer has not given me a contract since joining in september nor any payslips or P60. I did not file a separate claim for this breaches but I was wondering should I have filed 2 separate files; one for unpaid wages+ holidays and another one for failure to provide payslips+contract? I'm too late now anyway I guess as it is 3 months -1 day?
I did mention that on the additional info section about the payslips and contract on the WAGES claim however if we don't come to an agreement and we go to employment tribunal could I claim compensation for that or they'll say I should have filed another claim for that?
Thank you

How long have you not been paid for? Why did they say you had not been paid?

Nearly 3 weeks pay and they have said they are having problems with cash flow but this has been going on for ages, it’s just an excuse

How often are you normally paid? Have you worked in the 3 weeks?

I don't understand what you mean by "I decided to file a case to ACAS for unpaid wages+holidays" because Acas doesn't deal with 'cases. They are a mediation and conciliation service and they offer advice, they do not take on any 'cases'. However, you haven't been working there long - and you have no contract, which is weird. Acas should advise you whether or not it's worth you applying to an Employment Tribunal - any application you do make though could be rejected before you even get to tribunal because you really have to present a good case.

I’m paid every week and No I haven’t been working since March. My employer refused to put me on furlough even though I was fully eligible to it.
Apologise for the misunderstanding. When I said Acas I meant I have submit the case to Employment tribunal and I opted in for the early conciliation provided by Acas. So yeah my bad I meant Employment tribunal. I’m so new to this

ACAS conciliation isn't the claim itself, submitting the ET1 is so you can always put it in when you actually make the claim.

You can't force an employer to furlough you. You also say you don't have a contrtact. How long have you worked there for and how many hours per week do you normally work?

Have you actually submitted the ET1?
