LV - are they in financial difficulty?

Options
Having major problems with LV insurance - is anybody else?
the website has had all on line services removed, you call them, the lengthy message states you can make changes on line, you go through various loops on line and get referred back to the number you first called.
the price I was quoted to renew my car insurance had increased significantly, even though my risks had fallen as all points on license had been removed, crime in my village has dropped for the 3rd year in a row, I had purchased a cheaper car with increased safety features and reduced power and I have 9 years no claims and discount offered by nature of my employment.
it seems odd that they have disabled all on line services and reduced enquiries to telephone services Even though online chat and e mail, means an individual can answer more calls. The queue for calls Is now up to 45 minutes and call back is no longer available as an option. I eventually had no choice but to wait in the phone queue to cancel my automatic renewal, even though their customer service team had written proof of my cancelling the insurance.
This seems to be deliberate poor service and it makes me wonder if they are in a difficult financial condition. I have other insurance with them and considering cancelling it all, is anybody else noticing odd behaviour?

LV were taken over in January by Allianz so this may be a vision of the future.

LV - are they in financial difficulty?

No.   You have the issues of integration and then lockdown restricting changes and staffing.
