That completes this post, as I had No idea how GD2020 worked for Energy aka Storage Heaters.
I think my flat was build during 60's though cannot say.
Maybe once I regain Credit Rating I'll be able to do as others have done, and make a decision on replacing storage heaters, possibly Dimplex could be considered.
