Hi guys,
My laptop crashed a few weeks ago and I've lost all my MP3's, my entire collection, which I had on iTunes and as MP3's in a folder.
I do have them on my iPhone 8, but I can't seem to get them off the bloody thing. mp3 ringtone
Can anyone please tell me how I can get them off the phone, back as MP3's please ?
Many thanks!

It’s not designed to work like that as it is a one way sync from source (computer) to phone.

Have you not got a backup of the now broken PC you can restore?

You might be able to get the hard disk out the laptop and mount it in a USB caddy as an external drive and recover files that way.

Otherwise if you cannot load the hard disk of the old laptop this way, you might be able to copy from the phone using the following method

Once you have it back on a laptop, make sure you back it up to an external drive!!
Don't forget music purchased from iTunes and Amazon can just be redownloaded from those stores.
If you ripped it from a CD then worst case is find out the CDs and rip them again.

The first, obvious piece of advice is, just restore from your backup, you do have a backup don't you?
Well, that's why you're supposed to backup your computer.
Now, I've had success getting music back from iPods with yamipod - it might also work with iPhones.

New user, pushing a paid recovery service, colour me suspicious...their other almost identical reply to another thread has been deleted.
