Hi, I ordered a bike on the 19th July and its not arrived and don't even have a delivery date, Evans have turned their phones off so can't call their customer service, and the online response as mentioned in another post is rubbish, I can't even cancel the order as they don't respond. Completed joke and NO customer service at all, take your money and run, I hope they read some of these posts and feel ashamed. I wish I could get someone on the phone and explain way it take this long to deliver a bike when they are advertising the dispatch deliveries in 3-14 days, surely this is false advertising.
How about calling into a shop?

Hi, Planning on popping in, but they’ll not know anything, It’s not like they have the bike hidden out the back of the store, I’ll just get a blank look from a weekend worker, their not the issue. As outlined in my post I’ve been waiting 2 months and NO customer service at all, but thanks for your input, cracking...

Nice tone of sarcasm there for a genuinely helpful suggestion. In-store they may have access to systems that might at least give you an update without you having to queue on a phone for 2 hours, or have an internal number that they don't advertise publicly that they may be able to make enquiries on your behalf whilst standing in their store. There's no guarantee they have - but without wandering in to find out, you'll never know. Thanks for your sarcastic response to @Bornagain, cracking....

Looks like Evans Cycle has taken the money for a bike they can't deliver until 2021.
