Hi, Planning on popping in, but they’ll not know anything, It’s not like they have the bike hidden out the back of the store, I’ll just get a blank look from a weekend worker, their not the issue. Nice tone of sarcasm there for a genuinely helpful suggestion. In-store they may have access to systems that might at least give you an update without you having to queue on a phone for 2 hours, or have an internal number that they don't advertise publicly that they may be able to make enquiries on your behalf whilst standing in their store.
