Sky ultimate TV offer

While going through the offers I found the below in my account with sky. I have tried to talk to sky, live chat but none of them are able to confirm this and asking me to go ahead and do it online. My worry is, is it just a short term price or will last for the whole 18 months? I have some offers on my current package so dont want to get into this and then lose both. There is no other info on the page so will sky honor this if I complete it online?

    This is a very good offer.  Am paying £17 for signature without netflix.Why dont you ring sky and find out?  New contract usually lasts 18 months.
