I had a letter from three saying my minimum contract periods ends on the 07/07/20 and if I choose to cancel my service or change provider I can do this without incurring an early termination charge. So if I click on view my outstanding charges and fees it shows outstanding charges £10.27 but if I click on leave three without taking my number it sends me a stac and outstanding charges of £10.27

I’m not sure of whether you are asking a question, or making a statement.
If you have a SIM only contract, it runs on at the same monthly charge on a 30 day rolling charge basis. I have a 12 month SIM only contract with Three that reached the end of the minimum term last December, it increased by the rpi rate, but is still slightly less than a new contract.
I can leave, penalty free, at any time. Although I would struggle to find a much better deal.0 -
You will continue with a rolling monthly contract until you use a PAC or STAC to leave and keep (or bin) your current number1
