New oven fan not turning!

Who fitted it? Is it possible that there is some form of packing (to stop the fan swinging hither and thither whilst in transit) that hasn't been removed?

Was nothing on the back or inside.
Hubby has checked and it seems to be free but just doesn't move 🤷♀️1 -

The noise you hear when you put the grill on is a cooling fan, totally separate thing.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1

Just give them a call and don't be persuaded to accept a repair, you'll want a new machine or refund.1

The left hand dial has the fan setting, I assume you put it on that setting? If it doesnt work then get it replaced1

This may sound crazy, but have you set the clock? Our new oven wouldn't do anything until the clock was set first.
