New oven fan not turning!

Just purchased a new Indesit oven and the fan at the back is not turning.
I'm guessing when I set the function to the fan and set the temperature that the fan should be turning?
It's only just been delivered this morning and is supposed be a plug in and go oven lol
I'm trying to get in touch with AO and Indesit but not having much look so just wondered if anyone had had a similar issue?

Yes it's warming up but the fan just doesn't move at all 🤷‍♀️

It should come on when the oven reaches its programmed heat setting?

I thought, as with our old oven, the fan comes on straight away?

The fan should come on straight away. You could always give it a nudge.

The fan should come on straight away. You could always give it a nudge.

That's what I thought. When I turn it to the grill function there's a fan like noise but it's not the fan at the back.
As soon as I turn it to the fan oven function there's no noise at all 🤦‍♀️
Not sure I'm brave enough to stick anything through to give it a nudge lol

Is it digital? I just installed a new oven and there was a setting for fan oven on or off.

No just normal dials. Checked that I've put it on right so just seems to be an issue with the actual fan
