Possible to create an ISA?

I've recently come across Bricklane investments, where you essentially invest in a stocks and shares ISA that's focused on the shares in one company. This is done on quite a large scale, but I was wondering if this is something relatively simple to setup for smaller Ltd companies?
I've got a few friends with property businesses, and the ability to invest in their Ltd company under an ISA umbrella would be great.

Bricklane operates REITs, so it is really a property investment with a corporate structure. If you want to invest in small companies in a tax efficient manner, then you can you can already buy shares in companies trading on a stock exchange in an ISA. Unlisted companies may be able to raise money through the Enterprise Investment Scheme, with income tax relief of 30% for investors, a capital gains tax exemption if held for 3 years, and loss relief, which seems a better deal than offered by the ISA wrapper.
