the snowflakes who come here who struggle to put anything together unless there's a template, then have to copy and paste it back and ask if it's the correct one.

I could not have  summed them up better myself, but they are not snowflakes.

Snowflake occupy themselves pulling down statues of great explorers and empire builders, flexing their knees and taking offence on behalf of others.

Our clients watch football, read the Sun and buy marble worktops for their kitchen/diners.  They have failed to make the best of the hand life has dealt them.

People who are stupid enough to eat the disgusting greasy muck served up in such outlets, and even more stupid enough to queue for 2 hours to get it, deserve everything that happens to them.
@bargepole, we can always trust you to say it like it is, LOL!

I agree with the first sentiment but of course not the second (no-one deserves an unfair parking charge) and we all know you don't really mean that people should pay CEL and not complain in droves to KFC.

There will be some shocking stuff going on from PPCs as we relax lockdown.  Needs exposing in the press. The worst one brewing seems to be what Highview have asked DCBL to do (see other threads). Tesco will regret that.  It's just like the Co-op/CEL debacle.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A few GDPR claims against landowners ( such as KFC franchisees) may sharpen minds a little
Yeah, but who's going to do that?  Needs more grit and resilience than that displayed by most of the snowflakes who come here who struggle to put anything together unless there's a template, then have to copy and paste it back and ask if it's the correct one.
Sorry I've had to take advice off people on here because I've only ever had 1 PCN....now where is that ignore button for an ignorant so and so like you...you make me sick

Nothing wrong with a McDonald's etc from time to time (although i wouldn't queue for one)we cant all be dining out on Aylesbury duck!
At least with this kind of places you get a decent standard where ever you go. I for one will be going for Mccies when i go past one and the queues are not stupid!
Doesnt mean i cant turn out a load of freshly made Chelsea buns and french sticks the next day

I had a big mac a few years ago, it was not at all bad.  We had duck last week, it was lovely.

I wasn't making you so sick when I provided a number of inputs to help you with your problem in your main thread on the forum - in fact you thanked me a number of times for my advice, most of which was being given while I was under lockdown in South Africa.  You didn't consider me ignorant then either. Short memories on this forum at times.

Perhaps you might consider putting in some of the time the forum regulars have given to you by giving your time to advise others on a regular basis. Come and join the Groundhog Day warriors!

Any chance your case might have GDPR/DPA issues?  Will you proactively take it forward yourself to try to put a dent in the enemy?  Come on .......

If you really want to ignore me, get on with it, it's fine by me, just hope you find that button soon!
You are correct...thanks for the advice you've gave me..that's why I've come on here for that free help, but you shouldn't think that gives you the right to call folk snowflakes and be arrogant ...you make me sick you jumped up so and so...and stick your advice up your proverbial

You clearly haven't found that button yet.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
