Homebuyers Report - Send to solicitor

I have just had my homebuyers report back from the surveyor. It has highlighted a couple of items that says I should get clarification from my solicitor. Should I give my solicitor the whole report or just send over the recommended points from the survey? It might be the case that the solicitor has picked up these points already but just want to make sure.

    The rainwater gutters  and pipes are shared with the neighbouring adjoining properties on both sides, need to check what we can/cant do. 
    Electrical / Gas certificates.
    Building Control certificate for single storey extension.
    FENSA certification for window installation.

    The only reason for not exhibiting it to your solicitor (assuming they're also acting for your lender) would be if there were any points on which you were prepared to take a view, but you didn't want to be reported to the lender as matters which might stop them from lending.
    The "electrical/gas certificates" point isn't really for your solicitor - if you want any specialist reports on the systems then it's for you to send in people to have a look. But I wouldn't bother unless there are any points actually causing you concern. No point asking the sellers for certificates unless they e.g. have recently had it rewired.
