LISA / First Time Buyer terms

Looking at opening a LISA (before I'm too old!!) but getting mixed messages re first time buyer terms. I've had 2 Buy To Let mortgages, but no standard mortgage. Some resources say this should be ok, but I don't want to hit issues when I want to retrieve the amount. Anyone had similar experience?

If you have owned properties then you're no longer a first time buyer for LISA purposes.0
