Restrictions on movement after purchasing HTB property

That would affect the heating costs. I don’t think you need to worry too much about that in a flat esp a new or nearly new one.1

I forgot about credit history.
I never had any credit cards. Then people told me that it is not good to have only debit cards. I opened credit card in 2019 in order to create credit history. So I have only one credit card and always pay it on time. Last week I asked them to increase my credit limit and they increased by £1000. I also do not have any history of paying bills in the UK.
Would it be fine in terms of getting mortgage if I go with HTB flat or regular flat? Or I should do something else to improve my credit history please? Thanks.0 -
You should speak to a mortgage broker about this. It is free advice.2

As you own another property abroad but have been savvy enough to put it in your mothers name, do you really need all this help on buying a property. An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......1

I was cash buyer abroad and never went through mortgage process or HTB process.
Another thing is: every country has their own rules and regulations.2 -
Sometimes I can see in description:
Full description Tenure: Share of Freehold
Is it better than leasehold? Is there any pitfalls when I want to sell a property later? Thanks.0
