You are self isolating but feel its essential someone travels to you to collect a faulty ipad case?

The item was delivered to my home. And Argos usually does pick up such items. However, they are not doing it at present. See the following page.

Shesh custardy, I guess if I went out and caught the virus and ended up in ICU you'd have something to say about that as well.

You can trust I'm at work so folks like you can whine about not getting an ipad case collected.
I'm pretty confident most retailers wont be collecting small items from a customers door regardless of it being ordered online.
From your link. Was your ipad case a 2 man lift delivery?

In my experience, with Argos online returns were dropped off at a Post Office. 
It's worthy of note that my local taxi company has been offering to do this for customers for the usual fare - might be worth seeing if yours will.
