i had one refund for sundays delivery but not for saturday !!! they have a system problem thats my £100 and i want it back this justgets worse i will call them at 4 and if its not been done im gonna go to the store and get the refund in cash if i have to even though its 35 miles away...
That's just ridiculous. I'm not into people claiming for everything and anything, but in this case I think you're entitled to compensation.0 -

Can't offer any advice, but I hope you get it sorted out soon. I am just thankful that I adore shopping so much I have yet to try these online deliveries. I was in tears when I couldn't go to the supermarket just after my son was born..... maybe I need help :eek::wall:0

When I had a problem I wrote directly to Sir Terry Leahy. He passed my complaint back to the store in question and made sure they dealt with it promptly, which they did. Then got a letter from his office apologising for the poor service and the action they had taken.
Was reassuring to know that the 'man in charge' or at least his office, will take complaints seriously.
