Tesco Disaster....

does anyone have tesco head office address or email....im so annoyed i had a shop ordered for sat and got a call saying they had to cancel it due to staff issues...but had already taken payment from my account.... they rescheduled for today taking another £100 from my account ( which i had to borrow as the refund for the first order will take 3-5 days to go into my acc ) waited and waited today ...no delivery....phoned them up first person said it was cancelled.... 2nd person said driver attempted delivery ...which i know never happened as besides the fact i was in all day i checked my cctv and did i see a tesco van ...no !!!
so now stores closed and im stuck in with this bl00dy flu virus 2 ill kids and virtually no food in....and £200 down in my acc as both refunds will take 3-5 days to go back into my acc i cant get any food shopping till the refunds credited and im really annoyed :mad::mad::mad: so i want to complain obviously ...AAARRRGGGGHHHH !!!!!

I've had similar problems with Tesco recently, in fact I've now given them up in terms of online deliveries and am regularly ordering from Ocado as they don't let you down like this.
I'm in a current dispute with them as, like yourself, they cancelled the order but still took the money. As they couldn't give me an alternative slot I had to use Ocado, but of course the Ocado payment, plus Tesco taking the money out that they shouldn't made me go over my halifax overdraft limit - which the Halifax promptly charged me £58 for that privilege! And also I was unable to get money out of the ATM for one day until my wages went in because of it. All because of Tesco's error.
I complained to tesco, and they sent me back a letter agreeing to pay the charges. No refund came - when I rang them, the woman said her supervisor had recalled the refund as I hadn't provided proof it was Tesco who had made me overdrawn, even though I had enclosed the letter from the Halifax.
I won't go on, suffice it to say I'm arguing the case with them and will keep at them until they pay it.
Their customer service is really appalling, particulary over this last year I've had deliveries cancelled several times. Might be worth you thinking of swapping to another online supermarket?0 -
Tesco have gone right downhill over the past year, totally rubbish. Go with Sainsbury's. They deliever within a one hour time slot, they call you within 10 mins to say they will be with you soon, and if they are late you get a £10 on-line voucher off your next order.
Not had a problem with them once

i emailed them and all i got is email saying thanks for your email. its being looked into...so messaged them back saying that aint good enough...its now tues and still no refund and no money for food shopping !! i emailed watchdog and am trying to get them to help as i think this is ridiuclous:mad:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I gave up on Tesco because I could never get a response to my emails, even when I complained they said I 'should' get a response to emails but I never ever did. Only way is to phone or write, but even if you phone they don't do what they say they will do.
The way they explained it to me, the money is taken from your account but doesn't really go into their account, but it does take a day or two to get back into your account. Not a lot of help really... because it's not in YOUR account when you need it.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

The same thing happened to me last week. I made an order to be delivererd on Friday, phone call Friday evening to say delivery had been cancelled as there was a supposed accident on the motorway and was being delivered on saturday instead. Saturday came order arrived early, luckily my daughter was in, half the items were missing, when I checked my bank account not only had they taken out the money for the things that I had recieved but also a seperate transaction for the things that I hadn't had. I rang customer service and they saidmy refund would be in 3-5 days which was no good, so I rang the store and asked for the number of the .com manager which they gave me. My money was back in my account he next day. I'm still not happy though so I am going to write to head office and not use Tesco again.:jWeight loss slimming world Starting weight 12st 2lbs. i had one refund for sundays delivery but not for saturday !!! they have a system problem thats my £100 and i want it back this justgets worse i will call them at 4 and if its not been done im gonna go to the store and get the refund in cash if i have to even though its 35 miles away...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
